Vampire Weekend: The Movie
So rumour had it that
Ezra Koenig named his prep-pop group Vampire Weekend after an amateur horror flick that he made back in high school...well we found the trailer. Enjoy!
Zap! Pow! Watch Ezra fight off vampires and zombies in some kind of crazy mask while Wes Miles from Ra Ra Riot makes an appearance as what we think is a ghoul.
Finally, respect for using the emotive track 'Sailing' by the Sutherland Brothers (later popularised by Rod Stewart).
PS Looks like Ezra always had a penchant for tennis sweatbands if his look from Vampire Weekend's '
Giving up the Gun' is anything to go by. Just sayin.
