Top 10 Most STUPID Things Overheard At Splendour
It's a beautiful thing at festivals, when you overhear some of the different conversations between punters... it can really restore your faith in our nation's education system.
Here's the TOP 10 most stupid things I heard people say at Splendour 2012 - please add to the list in the comments - I'd be happy, almost proud if you could top any of them (especially the one I said myself).

"When is Ben Harper coming on? I really don’t want to miss him." (Bit late in the day to confuse Ben Harper being on the bill with Ben Howard)

“Back soon, we’ve just gotta get over to lost and found...”
One of our friends: “Oh okay no worries, what songs do they play again?”

Guy with his arms around two girls walking back to the campsite, “I just really like you girls, you're good chicks... you've just got awesome... personalities.”
(Reegs and I just looked at each other… and did a knowing "threesome" nod)

"These vege goyza are the best mate THE BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEST" (Screamed close-range into my face like cattle-prodded army officer)
...I’m 90% sure the dude was sober... and that a piece of organic spinach landed in my mouth.

A dude wearing some kind of pseudo sailor goes up to a girl in front of me as I was leaving the festival on the first night...
"Can I hold you furry girl?" (girl was wearing a fluffy jacket and hat)
Furry girl responds: "Errr okay"
[Sailor dude puts his arms awkwardly around her] Can I kiss you furry girl?
Furry girl responds: "Um errr okay"
Sailor dude lets her go and shouts loudly as does a half-arsed air punch, "Everyone said, dress like a sailor and chicks will kiss you - and it's true, THEY DO!"
Furry girl, “ On second thoughts no”

"Sniffer dogs mate."

"Oh look, he [Jack White] has the all girl band! I seriously thought they were all dudes…"
