If you haven't been to a Homebake yet, I can highly recommend it. Even if you have seen a lot of the up and coming Aussie acts at festivals prior, the best thing is you can put a stop to the constant bolting between stages and just cruise around and soak up some of the best music this country has to offer in the best setting - with your mates. You can also really feel the artists are really proud to be a part of the festival (actually most of them vocalised that fact during their set) and it gives you a little warm fuzzy feeling of national pride (that could also be the beer).
