From time to time we come across some common listening problems, so we've tried our best to troubleshoot them for you below:

Still experiencing problems? These tips may help:
Try clearing your browser's temporary internet files to ensure you have the most up to date media player.
If you are at work, you may be behind a firewall or have streaming blocked. Contact your work's IT department to see if streaming is blocked.
You may experience a short delay when the audio player is launched – no more than about 5 seconds. If you don’t hear anything after this time, make sure your volume is turned up and your speakers are on and working.
If all else fails, try a reboot of either your browser or PC. If you are still having problems listening to our live stream, drop us an email info@radarradio.com.au with a detailed description of the problem plus your internet service provider's name and your computer operating system (ie. Windows XP etc) to and we'll get onto it.
