Playlist Adds May 10
Breath Of Life – Florence + The Machine
So many of these 'cool' films these days get a wicked soundtrack to go along with it. Well, looks like this one could have the goods with the first single being by good ol' flo. This is probably better than any song on her actual album Ceremonials
Have a listen here:
Princess Of China – Coldplay & Rihanna
Apparently this is the best song from the album Mylo Xyloto but I'm not sure just yet... Will get back to you after it's been on air for a few weeks
This is just the promo video NOT the official one - everyone on youtube is up in arms over it thinking it was... have a listen though
Fighter – Gym Class Heroes
I saw them on a boat, except Travie wasn't there.
The Veldt (feat. Chris James) – Deadmau5
Apparently old mate lit an air-horn during this song and nearly set the crowd on fire... true story.
Nice way to premiere a song.
Listen To Your Head – Kaiser Chiefs
Out here for Groovin the Moo (we found out a bunch of weird facts about every artist too see there's here), Kaiser Chiefs are just about to release their best of album called Souveneir: The SIngles 2004-2012
Borders – Feeder
19-bloody-91 these guys kicked off their career. I can't believe they're still around. We're glad for it though cos this one's a tune.
Youth Without Youth - Metric
Out here for Splendour, I am very excited for the Metric return. This song has already had people stop me and ask, 'who sings that song' always a good sign. If you want to see who else you should see at Splendour out of all the little lesser known bands, see our TOP 10 list.
PLUS as always, we add a bunch of new unsigned artists, this week:
