SWOOOOOONNNNNNN!! Zoe (she looks after the internet) and Me absolutely LOVE The Shins and it's SO nice to have new stuff from them. We were talking the other day about them and reckon that it's really hard for a band to keep the same style but sound different. Does that make sense?

Reaching Out – Nero
Headlining the Boiler Room at the Big Day Out and they're bringing their full stage show this time AND both boys are coming out. Shock I know. I don't know if I'm gonna be able to see them this year as I am a bit worried about what the crowd is gonna be like in there this year.

Everybody Talks – Neon Trees
Oh Hai Neon Trees. Got a new album out in March called Picture Show ay. Sure, we'll play a new song from it. 

Golden Jubilee – Boy & Bear
I totally forgot how much I loved this song! I've been in a world of Milk & Sticks of late so when I heard this again, the memories of sweet tuneage came flooding back

Shady Love – Scissor Sisters vs. Krystal Pepsy
This one is a definite grower. It's a very different sound for Scissor Sisters and you can tell that it was co-written by Azealia Banks because it kind of sounds the same as '212'

The Kids From Yesterday – My Chemical Romance
You'd think before the Big Day Out, these guys would release a new track but nup, they're releasing a new song from Danger Days but what are ya gonna do. They're still a huge band that make good pop-rock.

Million Star Motel – Nikki Jean feat. Lupe Fiasco
These two teamed up for Lupe's second album The Cool so it looks like he's paying it forward and helping her out. Nonetheless, good song and I'm a big Lupe fan so this was a no brainer

No need to say anything, I am just going to share a picture from Falls festival in Victoria.

Don’t Stop (Color On The Walls) – Foster The People
Maybe my favourite from the album. The first four tracks from this album are all the best ones. I like that. 

Don’t Look Back – Tommie Sunshine & Disco
Potentially the weirdest guy in music. I know that's a weird statement but he played a gig for us AGES ago and he's this old dude with long hair and has his stripper looking wife dancing next to him all the time. Regardless, this song is alright.

Hang It Up – The Ting Tings
Where you been Ting Tings? The band with SO much potential to be great again and they're only just kind of making it. This song is a much better one than their last attempt so hopefully, they got themselves sorted now and start pumping out some tunes. 

Anyway – Cee Lo Green
I thought this song was abit wishy-washy at first. Like, I knew it from the album but now it's out and stuff, I dunno, I like it I guess, but I just want him to drop something a little less sad and drop some more beeeaaatttzzzz

Wayooy (feat. Rootsmanuva) – N’Fa Jones
You might remember N'FA from 1200 Techniques. If not, don't worry about it. Anyway, this a new one we rated here at work so we thought we better get right on to this.
