People will try and tell you they don't get nervous before interviews but that's BS. I was sweating bullets before The Presets came in. 

Having followed them from their EP Blow Up through to Beams (my favourite) and then Apocalypso and been to see them perform more times than I can remember, you can understand why I was nervous/excited.

Anyway, Jules and Kim came in the studio to take us through this album Pacifica and they didn't hold back with the details. The boys were extremely honest and open about their songs, the success of Apocalypso and of course "the best day of everyone's lives".

Don't know what that is? Well, you're probably too young or too old but it was when The Presets played with Cut Copy, Van She, Muscles and DAFT PUNK! That was a very special time for the boys (and me).

Anyway, that was a very long time ago. The boys are back though to take us track by track through their new album Pacifica four years in the making. Here's where they talk about releasing "Ghosts" and the initial response... bloody internet critics!
